The Opportunity for You

We’re seeking a Full-Stack AI Engineer to build and enhance our next-generation enterprise SaaS applications, which leverage advanced generative AI and large language models. You’ll work at the intersection of modern enterprise SaaS and cutting-edge AI, creating seamless, intelligent solutions that transform financial back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-native full-stack applications that integrate LLMs and generative AI capabilities into our core product offerings using modern protocols such as Enterprise Data Fabric, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and the latest Agent-to-Agent (A2A) for multi-agent systems
• Architect and implement scalable frontend solutions using React.js that provide intuitive interfaces for AI-powered features, including low-code platforms and visual workflow designers
• Build robust backend services using Python, Node.js (TypeScript), and/or GoLang that handle complex AI model interactions, multi-agent orchestration, and data processing
• Design and implement modern AI-native workflow management systems that enable complex, agentic automation scenarios for financial operations
• Create and optimize APIs for efficient communication between frontend applications, AI services, and multi-agent systems
• Interact with SQL and NoSQL data infrastructure components to ensure efficient data access, retrieval, and augmentation for AI applications and knowledge bases
• Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate and optimize AI model deployments and multi-agent coordination
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for both traditional and AI-enabled components (Kubernetes and GPU resources)
• Ensure high performance and reliability of AI-integrated features across the application stack
• Partner with product and business teams to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack and/or AI application development with React.js, Node.js (Typescript), and/or Python. 
• Hands-on experience building applications that integrate with LLMs (like GPT models) or other generative AI solutions
• Proficient with prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning concepts
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes microservices architecture, REST APIs, gRPCs
• Proficiency in modern Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and associated tooling and ecosystem
• Experience with AWS cloud services, particularly in deploying and scaling AI/ML workloads
• Solid foundation in system design, data modeling, and RDBMS
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly in NLP and generative AI applications
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures and enterprise system integrations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI-native architectures using protocols such as MCP (Anthropic Model Context Protocol), A2A (Google’s Agent-2-Agent)
• Experience with workflow design and management tools, such as React Flow or similar low-code visual programming interfaces 
• Experience with enterprise configuration management systems and patterns
• Experience with AI model deployment and optimization in production environments
• Proficient with prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning concepts, and AI agents, and agent orchestration
• Familiarity with vector databases and embedding-based applications
• Experience with real-time data processing using technologies like AWS Kinesis, Kafka
• Background in FinTech or enterprise software development
• Demonstrated experience in championing the use of AI tools and practices to enhance development productivity and code quality
• MS in Computer Science or related field
