We are looking for Product Management talent to join our India-based team. You will work in a diverse, dual-based team with US- and India-based team members, accomplished individuals with degrees from top institutions such as the Brigham Young University, University of California, Berkeley, the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, IITs, NITs, etc.
You will work with colleagues from Amazon, Amazon Web Services, Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, Citigroup, KPMG, Oracle, PwC, PayPal, Snowflake, Okta, Cisco, ADP, and many others. This role will report to the US-based product Management leader for AP and AR products.
As a Product Manager, you will be part of the product management team building AI teammates for the office of the CFO. Auditoria’s customers are significant, global, Fortune 1000 companies.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver customer-focused products that meet market needs and business objectives.

Product Expertise & Growth: Develop a deep understanding of your products via hands-on learning, demos (internal/external), defining metrics, tracking usage data, and evaluating AI teammate performance against defined business goals.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, align on, and document business and functional requirements to determine the scope and priority of future products, product enhancements, and new features and translate them into detailed product specifications.
Roadmap Definition & Backlog Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define, refine, and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing roadmap items and backlog based on strategic goals, business value, and customer feedback, ensuring constant alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
Product Development Collaboration: Partner with engineering to write and groom user stories, define targeted business outcomes and acceptance criteria, plan releases and execute against requirements, review engineering demos, provide demo feedback, and work with QA to build comprehensive test plans.
Product Launch Support: Coordinate with marketing for product collateral and assist field teams in understanding and adopting new product features and updates, released on a bi-weekly cycle.
Field Team Engagement: Collaborate with professional services and customer success teams to support deployments, drive customer success, and contribute to renewals and expansion efforts.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify opportunities for product improvements.
Business Case Development: Support building business cases for new features, including ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and revenue impact projections.
Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance post-launch to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
