Auditoria is an AI-driven SaaS automation provider for corporate finance that automates back-office business processes involving tasks, analytics, and responses in Vendor Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Planning. By leveraging natural language processing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, Auditoria removes friction and repetition from mundane tasks while automating complex functions and providing real-time visibility into cash performance. Corporate finance and accounting teams use Auditoria to accelerate business value while minimizing heavy IT involvement, improving business resilience, lowering attrition, and accelerating business insights.

Founded in 2019 and backed by Venrock, Workday Ventures, Neotribe Ventures, Engineering Capital, and Firebolt Ventures, we build intelligent automation by combining fine-grained analytical orchestration of a company’s typical financial and audit workflows with conversational AI, delivering rapid value to the finance/audit back office.

The opportunity for you:

We are growing an AI/ML-enabled SAAS solution to help manage the cash performance of enterprises. You would be working on solving complex problems for large enterprise clients in the FinTech space.

Responsibilities

• Leadership in Product Development: Take charge of crafting and developing the critical components of Auditoria’s offerings, utilizing state-of-the-art technology within the AWS cloud ecosystem.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage in cohesive teamwork across various departments and time zones, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with our strategic roadmap.
• Business Partnership: Forge meaningful partnerships with business units to consistently deliver added value to our clientele.
• Cultural Advocacy: Act as a stalwart promoter of the principles and technological ethos that define Auditoria.

Requirements:

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrable expertise in Node.js & ReactJS, paired with fluid coding capabilities.
• Extensive Experience: Possess 4-10 years of hands-on professional experience in the design, development, and successful deployment of intricate software systems, maintaining a benchmark of excellence.
• System Architecture and Data Expertise: A solid foundation in system design and data modeling, with a well-versed understanding of RDBMS and exposure to Big Data paradigms.
• Startup Agility: Thrives in a startup environment, adept at navigating uncertainties, limited resources, and competing priorities through innovation and efficient problem-solving.
• Agile Methodology and Best Practices: A strong proponent of Agile development methodologies, with a passion for upholding engineering excellence.
• Advanced Technical and Innovative Development Skills: Essential to have a comprehensive experience across technologies, notably in multi-tenant SaaS architectures, CI/CD methodologies, diverse data storage (including Polyglot persistence), and the Snowflake platform, coupled with integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., SSO, email). Good to have skills in developing innovative applications using AI-ML technologies, especially LLMs, with expertise in AWS tools like Step Functions, RDS, Kinesis, and ELK, are highly valued.
• Academic Credentials: Holds a BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a closely related Engineering discipline, with a preference for candidates from premier institutions such as IIT, NIT, or BITS.
