This powerful technology embedded in the Auditoria interface delivers advanced AI training at the user level. The human operator has the ability to review the actions of the SmartBots, discrete, pre-packaged, purpose-built accounting applications that perform a wide range of critical finance office functions. The human may choose to reset an action or add to an action, training the SmartBot on how to handle specific requests.
The granular tuning of an AI task action is delegated to the user, providing unprecedented flexibility and visibility into how, where, and when the SmartBots perform. This new feature extends the work capabilities of the SmartBots and creates more meaningful exception handling and recovery paths.
The Human in the Loop (HITL) approach means the user is not required to comply with the SmartBot blindly but is allowed to engage with the SmartBot to build trust and deliver explainability before processing the outcome.
