Position Summary
As an Account Executive at Auditoria, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation and closing, to deliver exceptional value to our customers. This role requires a consultative selling approach, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping finance teams adopt cutting-edge technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities by understanding the needs of finance and accounting teams. Engage with prospects to educate them on Auditoria’s solutions, leveraging various sales tools and methodologies.
- Sales Presentations and Demos: Conduct in-depth product demonstrations tailored to customer needs, showcasing the benefits and ROI of Auditoria’s automation solutions for finance teams. Communicate Auditoria’s value proposition effectively to all levels of customer stakeholders.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline, leveraging CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting. Track and manage sales activity to exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction, successful onboarding, and the development of tailored solutions. Provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements to support product development.
- Contract Negotiation: Develop, negotiate, and close comprehensive agreements. Ensure terms are aligned with customer goals and Auditoria’s revenue targets, always aiming for win-win outcomes.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain a strong knowledge of the finance and accounting automation space, including competitive landscape, trends, and Auditoria’s unique value proposition. Provide regular feedback and insights to internal teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Account Executive or similar role (Solution Consultant, Sales Development) within B2B SaaS sales, preferably in FinTech or AI automation solutions.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales or prospecting quotas. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes, including solution selling and consultative sales approaches.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences, including finance and accounting professionals.
- Customer-Centric: Passionate about understanding customer pain points and helping finance teams leverage technology for better outcomes.
- Technology Familiarity: Familiarity with AI and finance/accounting technology is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification is a plus.
