Join our dynamic team as a Professional Services Consultant, where you’ll support the implementation of Auditoria’s innovative AI solutions for enterprise clients. This role is an excellent entry point into the world of SaaS implementation and corporate finance automation. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with advanced technologies and collaborating across global teams to help transform financial operations for Fortune 1000 companies.
Responsibilities
- Implementation Support:
Assist in the successful implementation of Auditoria’s solutions by performing tasks such as data migration, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Client Engagement:
Act as a key point of contact during project execution to provide updates, address client inquiries, and resolve technical challenges.
- Process Documentation:
Create and maintain documentation for deployment methodologies, client-specific configurations, and project workflows.
- Product Expertise:
Learn and understand Auditoria’s AP and AR products, workflows, and integrations to provide effective support during implementations.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with senior Professional Services Architects to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver exceptional value to clients.
- Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on product enhancements, new features, and best practices to enhance implementation processes and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Professional Services, SaaS implementation, or client-facing technical roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Understanding of enterprise software, SaaS solutions, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with APIs, data transfer methodologies, or enterprise email systems.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems or finance-related processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, etc.) is a plus.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve client challenges during implementations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, Finance, or Engineering.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset and flexibility to work with global, cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to SaaS implementation methodologies.
- Basic understanding of business process automation or workflow tools.
- Certifications in Workday, Oracle NetSuite, or SAP are a plus.
- Ability to overlap work hours with Pacific Time (US) for 4+ hours daily.
