Auditoria.AI exists to make organizations more efficient and competitive by accelerating key finance processes, increasing business visibility, and improving compliance using leading-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning technology.

By automating these key functions, Auditoria strives to improve the lives of finance and accounting professionals by applying technology to automate the routine, repetitive, and laborious parts of the finance function, freeing finance teams to perform higher-level business functions.

Rohit Gupta

CEO and Founder

Rohit Gupta
CEO and Co-Founder

Rohit founded Auditoria.AI in 2019, with the vision of ushering a new paradigm in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Automation for ERP Financial Applications. He is responsible for conceiving, developing, communicating, and growing Auditoria’s strategy and business as an industry pioneer in the next generation autonomous, self-driving Finance back office.

Most recently, Rohit was Group Vice President for Cloud Security at Oracle Corporation having joined via the acquisition of Palerra, the industry’s first API-centric Cloud Access Security Broker, where he was Founder and CEO.

Prior to Palerra, Rohit was Vice President and General Manager for the Remedy IT Service Management division at BMC Software and Founding Vice President of Product Management for Identity and Access Management at Oracle Corporation.

Rohit earned his master’s degree in Computer Science from Case Western Reserve University, and is a well-known speaker and industry thought leader in the areas of emerging technology innovation, advanced analytics, automation, security, and privacy.

Adina Simu

A 20+ year veteran of IT, networking, security, data management, virtualization, cryptography, and cloud technology, Adina leads the team that innovates and creates new products at Auditoria.

Prior to co-founding Auditoria, Adina held roles in product management at Oracle, Palerra, CipherCloud, VMware, ProofPoint, ZL Technologies, and Cisco.

Adina holds an MBA from The Wharton School, a master’s degree in Computer Science from IMT Atlantique, and bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest. Adina is CISSP certified and has been issued four USPTO patents.

Nick Ezzo, Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Market Development

A marketing strategist with two decades of technology marketing experience and a passion for improving the lives of finance people, Nick heads corporate marketing and demand generation for Auditoria.AI.

Prior to Auditoria, Nick provided digital marketing and demand generation leadership to Sage Intacct, Host Analytics, and Equilar. Nick has held marketing, business development, and consulting roles in companies like Aspect, Home Box Office (HBO), and Nuance Communications.

Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications Systems Management from Ohio University and holds a patent for web-based marketing.

Sandeep Maharia, Vice President of Engineering

Sandeep Maharia drives our engineering operations for Auditoria India. He brings solid experience in building and scaling up HCM products and scaling organizations in UX, Product, Architecture, Engineering, Release, and Support areas.

Before Auditoria, he served as Senior Director and Head of Engineering for ADP’s Next Generation HCM product in Hyderabad. He started his professional journey with a start-up company, building knowledge management systems using pattern recognition algorithms.

Sandeep is currently pursuing his PGPPro in Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management and holds an MTech degree from IIT Kharagpur.

Outside of work, he is an avid sports fan with a passion for badminton which he plays regularly. He loves building home automation solutions and going on long drives.

Alice Wang, Vice President of Customer Success

Alice joins Auditoria.AI as VP of Customer Success and leads the Customer Success organization managing the post-sales lifecycle of customers and partners from onboarding & operationalization, training and awareness, professional services, customer support, and customer success and renewals.

She previously has held and led high-performing teams at Okta, Snowflake, Oracle, Palerra, PayPal, Gartner, and PwC in a variety of customer-facing roles and functions across field engineering, customer success, professional services, trust and security, and customer support functions.

When not working, Alice is a wine enthusiast, an avid tennis fan, and attempts to play golf. She is a foodie and likes to travel to sustain her foodie cravings.

Alice is based in San Francisco and is a University of Michigan alumni (Go Blue!).
